Paste any public GitHub repo or PR URL, get a ~60s narrated explainer video. No account, no email — just a shareable link and an MP4. RepoReel reads the code, writes a six-scene script, voices it with a local neural TTS, and renders real motion graphics — typography, stats, file-tree visuals — in about 90 seconds. Built for this Yard: every submission here needs a demo video, so I built the tool that makes them. This description is shorter than the video it took to explain itself.

Repo creation date comes from GitHub and can't be altered by the author. Commit dates can be rewritten, so treat them as context rather than proof. Build window: 2026-08-28 18:00 UTC → 2026-08-30 18:00 UTC.
// Model

Declared by @marlandoj
Model use is declared, not detected. Hackyard cannot verify which model wrote code and does not claim to. A receipt shows a session existed, it does not prove that model wrote what shipped, and most builders won't attach one. Treat it as context, the same as commit dates.
