Construction job-cost ledger for spec house builders. Tracks budget by trade, draws, and change orders. Multi-job file cabinet keeps each house isolated — 505 doesn't touch 18 Birch. Built with TanStack, PGLite, React. AI model: Grok 3 (app generation) + ElevenLabs (demo voiceover). Built solo in 48 hours on the road.

Model use is declared, not detected. Hackyard cannot verify which model wrote code and does not claim to. A receipt shows a session existed, it does not prove that model wrote what shipped, and most builders won't attach one. Treat it as context, the same as commit dates.
