EasyFlipEstimator tells you the most you can pay for a fix-and-flip, on one screen. Type a ZIP or a street address and it works out what the house will sell for after repairs, what the repairs will cost, and what you'll spend holding and selling it. Then it solves backward to your maximum offer. Drag any slider — material quality, scope, hold time, financing — and every number updates in place. Nothing navigates.

Model use is declared, not detected. Hackyard cannot verify which model wrote code and does not claim to. A receipt shows a session existed, it does not prove that model wrote what shipped, and most builders won't attach one. Treat it as context, the same as commit dates.
