Keep a thing, its one-line reason, who was there, and a line the chain can't grade. Each entry hashes the one before: sha256(prev + payload). Export one .keeper file; open it offline elsewhere and it says verified N entries, or names the entry that changed. It doesn't say what's true, only that nobody touched it since. One 20KB HTML file, no deps, no network. Recorded with no route out: fetch fails, then 3 entries, export, fresh incognito import green, one char edited, red at entry 2.

Model use is declared, not detected. Hackyard cannot verify which model wrote code and does not claim to. A receipt shows a session existed, it does not prove that model wrote what shipped, and most builders won't attach one. Treat it as context, the same as commit dates.
