Quillip is a short story generation app that creates a plot and writes stories incrementally based on the plot using narrative structure as the basis for text generation (e.g. character background, scene description etc.). Once a story is created it can be narrated using the internal tts engine currently based on kokoro tts. Quillip works offline by using a 1.7b local model for all generation steps.

Model use is declared, not detected. Hackyard cannot verify which model wrote code and does not claim to. A receipt shows a session existed, it does not prove that model wrote what shipped, and most builders won't attach one. Treat it as context, the same as commit dates.
